The summaries of the studies you have presented by participating in our congress will be published in the congress abstract proceedings book, and the full texts will be published in the congress full-text proceedings book.
Participants will prepare the summary texts of their papers according to the "Summary text writing rules" template and send them by e-mail to [email protected] until 30 September 2023.
Papers must not have been previously published elsewhere and/or presented at another scientific meeting.
Abstracts will be sent in both Turkish and English. You can download the paper template from the abstract and full-text writing rules template specified in the appendix.

Abstracts should include Aim, Methods, Reviews, and Conclusion sections, while full texts should include Introduction, Methods, Analysis, Discussion and Conclusion, References sections.
Abstracts should contain a Turkish abstract of at least 100 and maximum 250 words, Turkish keywords of 3-5 words, Turkish title and English title, abstract and keywords.
At least 3 and at most 5 keywords should be used in the abstracts.
In the texts, in-text references, bibliography, tables and figures should be based on the "APA 6" writing principles published by the American Psychological Association.
Writings should be written using Microsoft Word software program, Times New Roman 12 points, with 1.5 line spacing and 2.5 cm margins, and the full text should not exceed 20 pages.
The authors are responsible for the thoughts and spelling errors expressed in the articles.
Oral presentations that are not presented will be removed from the abstract book.
The title of the article, consisting of maximum 12 words and written in 12 font size, should include the name, surname of the author/authors, the institution they work for and the ORCID ID numbers of the authors. (ORCID iD logos will be enabled with the hyperlink feature). Institution names should be given at the bottom of the title page in 10 points. ORCID iD is mandatory for all authors. First time ORCID iD buyers can obtain it from https://orcid.org/register.
The Turkish and English abstracts of the research should cover the purpose of the research, the method of the research, the conclusion of the research and the main recommendations made. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words under the headings of "Abstract" and "Abstract" in both languages, in one paragraph and should be justified. Key words (maximum 5 words) should be given under the title of "Keywords" under the Turkish abstract and "Keywords" under the English abstract.
In the full-text article, the text should consist of Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion and Conclusion, References sections, respectively. The main text should begin with the subheading "Introduction". Method, Results, Discussion and Conclusion sections do not start on a new page; after one episode ends, another one follows it on the same page.
Introduction: In this section, the theoretical or conceptual framework of the problem and the research should be presented along with its justifications. The hypotheses to be tested and their basis should be stated or the purpose of the research should be stated. Definitions, abbreviations, assumptions and limitations, if any, should be presented in this section with justification. This part of the research can be given as a whole or it can be given under sub-headings when necessary.
Method: It should consist of 4 subsections: "Research model, Universe-Sample (Research Group), data collection tools, Data Analysis". The method to be followed in the research should be expressed in a clear and understandable language to allow the repetition of the research. Information should be given about the characteristics, development, validity and reliability of data collection tools. Statistical techniques used in the analysis of the data, the purpose of use and the level of significance used should be stated. Information on ethical committee permission should be included in this section.
Results: Statistical analyzes used to test the hypotheses of the research should include the mean and standard deviation values of each variable. The text of the table and the table number should be given above the table and aligned to the left, and the title of the table should be written next to the table number. In the table title, only the first letter of the first word should be capitalized, other words should start with a lowercase letter and continue. Tables should be prepared in a word program, there should be no vertical lines in the tables, and APA 6 rules should be consulted about where the horizontal lines should be. The table can be prepared in 9-11 points according to its content. There should be no spaces between the lines in the table content. Figure number and figure title should be placed under the figure.
Discussion and Conclusion: It should include the explanation and discussion of the research findings in the light of the literature. A result that is suitable for the purpose of the research and an answer to it should be revealed. The result must be in a structure that is based on the findings and can be explained with them. In the light of the findings of this research and the result reached, application and research recommendations should be included.
Author's Notes: The names of the institutions/institutions that supported the research or the people who contributed to the research and, if desired, acknowledgments should be included in this section.
Conflict of Interest: Authors must declare that they have no conflict of interest with any person, institution or institution.
Resources: Must start on a new page. All sources mentioned in the text should be included in the "References" list.
Attachments: Must start on a new page. It includes additional information such as the scales used in the research.
